Portland’s youth and family radio station is looking for school-aged kids to host interviews, read poetry, make music, and share stories on the air. No previous experience necessary! The ICAN team will work with your kid to create stories, adventures, or interviews to share with the world. Maybe your youth can take us on an underwater adventure like our friend Oliver did.

Maybe the youth in your life have a dream career in mind. Youth at ICAN have been sharing their dream roles with the world in an original show called ICAN Become. Youth hosts have interviewed various people about their jobs including, Podcasters, Chefs, Interior Designers, Singers, Leaders, Sports Stars and even a NASA Astronaut.

Is your youth a fan of reading? Maybe the Audio Book Tour is a great fit for your child. Every Third Thursday of each month, youth interview various authors and illustrators for the Audio Book Tour to find out about different stories and illustrations to bring tales to life over the radio.
