FREE Concert in the Park: August 20, 2026
The International Children’s Arts Network (ICAN Radio) is thrilled to once again partner with Portland Parks and Recreation for a Summer Free For All event. This year, ICAN invites children and families to join us at Grant Park (NE 33rd Avenue & US Grant Place, Portland, OR 97212) at 6:30 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Get ready for a wildly fun dance party with Ants Ants Ants, a Portland-based group that creates family-friendly music. Featuring local musicians Johnny Clay, Dave Gulick, and Nat Johnson, Ants Ants Ants recalls stylistic nods to 1970’s era Sesame Street and School House Rock, presenting the best elements of a fun and fanciful childhood – the thrill of knocking down a tower of blocks; the fun of imagining what your dog is thinking; a make believe world where nocturnal animals meet in the park at night to play games.
ICAN and Portland Parks share a commitment to meaningful access to exploring the great outdoors, music, and the arts. This event is the perfect partnership for both organizations, providing a fun place for families to explore their creativity and express themselves through dance and entertaining music.
We hope to see you there! Stop by the ICAN table to pick up your free swag, while supplies last.
