Free Concert in The Park

ICAN is pleased to work with Portland Parks & Recreation during Portland’s Summer Free for All series.

On Thursday, August 24, enjoy a free concert featuring Mo Phillips & the Spaghetti Pants Dance Band. Folks that arrive a little early will also enjoy a special performance by some of the musicians from the Metropolitan Youth Symphony. Be sure to arrive at 5:30pm so you can meet your favorite ICAN hosts, grab some free swag, try instruments in our petting zoo and enjoy all of the wonderful performances. All the fun is taking place at Irving Park in Portland, OR.
