ICAN Become… A Soccer Player
ICAN Become returns Wednesday, October 23rd at 5 PM PT for a new season, featuring Jake, and Zac McGraw from the Portland Timbers.
We kick off ICAN Become’s third season with 10-year-old Jake, who wants to play for his hometown team, the Portland Timbers of the MLS. In this episode, Jake speaks to Zac McGraw, a defender for the Timbers, who has also represented Canada in the Gold Cup. They talk about the skills it takes on and off the field to become a pro-soccer player. Including what it was like on draft day and getting to represent Canada at the national level.
