ICAN is starting a new Audio Book Tour. Airing every third Thursday of the month at 5p PT, we’re featuring new books from authors and illustrators. This evening’s storytime is author and illustrator, Jennie Palmer’s reading of her book, The Wompananny Witches Make One Mean Pizza published by Abrams. Join Jennie as she introduces you to Anita and Winnifred Wompananny. Two witches who whip up a delicious, monstrous, pizza.
Before making books for children, Jennie Palmer worked as a production designer, most notably for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
She is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design where she majored in illustration. Her next book, Milo’s Christmas Parade, will be published by Abrams Children’s Books in the fall of 2020.
