Praise for the Series
Pulitzer prize winning journalist Al Martinez, 67, wrote in The Los Angeles Times
“. . . Pooh is about the sweetness in our lives, and while I am more Eeyore than Piglet, the sweetness brushed like a breeze against my face . . . Peter Dennis has been the voice of Pooh for more than three decades, and brings to these readings a quality that goes beyond professionalism into an area we can’t even begin to define … The enchantment of time in the 100 Aker Wood was escape in its kindest sense, a brief removal from the pains and stresses that wrench our emotions from dawn to sunset, and sometimes into the shadows of our dreams . . . ”
Christopher Robin Milne wrote,
“. . . Peter Dennis has made himself Pooh’s Ambassador Extraordinary and no bear has ever had a more devoted friend. So if you want to meet the real Pooh, the bear I knew, the bear my father wrote about, listen to Peter. You will not be disappointed . . . ”
