Cushion Concert with PYP
ICAN is proud to be returning as the Official Media Sponsor of the Portland Youth Philharmonic’s Cushion Concert, coming up Saturday March 9, 2024!
2024 marks Portland Youth Philharmonic’s 100th year, and ICAN is thrilled to continue to partner with a local organization that shares in our commitment to nurturing and educating young people, uplifting our community, and providing access to the arts for all.
We are thrilled to invite YOU to PYP’s 2024 Cushion Concert! This annual event is a special opportunity for families and youngsters to enjoy beautiful music in a comfortable and welcoming environment. This year’s program is conducted by Inés Voglar Belgique and features music by Nancy Ives, Richard Meyer, Alejandro Belgique, and more.
Join us at the Oaks Park Dance Pavilion on Saturday, March 9th, at 3 p.m. for an afternoon of fun! Be sure to bring your own cushion to sit on to enjoy the music. Arrive after 2 p.m. to have a chance to meet the ICAN team and also to try your hand at an instrument at the Instrument Petting Zoo!
